Ron Farhart founded GoBookaroo to give small business owners a bookkeeper who actually explains things, instead of handing back a spreadsheet full of jargon.
He holds a Bachelor of Professional Accounting from Macquarie University and is currently working towards his Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. He’s also a certified Xero Advisor, with over 5 years’ experience working across modern, cloud-based bookkeeping formats — from straightforward sole trader setups through to multi-entity businesses managing payroll, superannuation and BAS obligations.
Based in Kellyville, Ron works directly with small businesses, sole traders, tradies and service-based businesses across Norwest and The Hills District, as well as clients Australia-wide who prefer remote bookkeeping support.
Ron is a bookkeeper, not a registered BAS Agent or accountant. He works alongside your accountant or BAS Agent, handling the day-to-day bookkeeping so your records stay accurate, current and ready whenever you need them — for BAS time, tax time, or a loan application.
Outside of client work, Ron keeps up with his CA studies and stays across changes to Xero, MYOB and ATO requirements, so the systems he sets up for you keep working, not just on day one.
