If you’ve seen Xero Partner Hub mentioned in a roundup of 2026 updates and wondered whether it’s something you should be using, the short answer is no — and that’s by design.
What it actually is
Partner Hub is the back-end workspace Xero gives to accounting and bookkeeping practices — like GoBookaroo — to manage multiple client files, track practice-wide tasks, and access partner-specific tools and training. It’s practice management infrastructure, not a feature for the businesses we work with.
Why that’s actually the point
The best outcome for you as a client is that all of this stays invisible — we use tools like Partner Hub on our end to stay organised across every client file, so your experience is just: your Xero file is accurate, your questions get answered, and nothing falls through the cracks. You shouldn’t need to know or care what’s happening behind the scenes on our side.
What matters to you instead
Rather than which practice-management tools we use, what should matter is whether your Xero file is reconciled, BAS-ready, and whether you actually understand what your numbers are telling you. That’s the whole focus of our Xero training & optimisation service.
GoBookaroo provides bookkeeping and Xero administrative support only, and is not a registered BAS Agent, Tax Agent or accountant unless stated otherwise.
Book a free consultation and we’ll keep the back-end complexity on our side, where it belongs.
